Why did everyone fight these days? The clans have been unleashed in a fury of tooth and claws. Why did everyone have to fight? And what were they fighting over? Territory? Power? Domonance? It was all worthless, not needed, useless. Starclan had to put a stop to this, and stop it now, if that was possible. Too many cats were dying. Too many were injured. Medicine cat dens were filling up fast. And all over what? Territory? Power? Domonance? How hard was it to live in peace with the lands they got? As if there weren't enough problems as it was.

Enchantedsong threw her head up to the air. "Starclan stop this fighting. It's over nothing. The clans will drive each other out of the forest. Too many cats are dying, and getting injured." She knew her prayers were useless. Starclan was doing all they could so far to stop the violence. The she cat sighed, and walked on.

She stopped at some cobwebs, took her paw and wrapped them around it, now having a bracelet of cobweb on her paw. Herbs were a big demand for all the clans, and she knew that the medicine cats would be swooping through their territories to get some. She was smart. She would take them from fourtrees, then the borders, and work her way inland to get the herbs she needed for her clan. So it was a fight in some strange way, she still was a cat of Thunderclan, and she had her duties to her own clan. She would perform them to her strongest ability, and would make her clan proud. They have done the right thing to invite the former kittypet into their clan, Enchantedsong thought.

Her scent glands opened to find out one of the many rare-sited companions had appeared. Moonshard slipped from the shadow of her own territory, careful not to slip, unto the solid ground of fourtrees. Her silver ears flattened as she gave a stiff and harsh meow, only meant to catch the Medicine Cat's attention. "Enchantedsong!"

It was a cat who had finally felt like the ShadowClan she-cat; rejected. Somehow, the care made Moonshard stop in her tracks and reflect on the pain and suffering inflicted by Darkheart... and Blackfang.

"So, how runs the prey in your side of the forest?" A quieter voice this time as her black tail flicked and the yellow eyes, ghostly, scanned across fourtrees for a herb that could not grow within the marsh.[/blockquote][/color]

There was always something to look foward to, and for Enchantedsong was to talk to the other medicine cats. That's when she heard her name. She knew the voice well, but for some strange reason, she could not place a name on it.

As names raced through her mind, she placed the cat to be in Shadowclan, a she cat. She turned around, and saw the black tail, and the silver ears. That could only be one cat, from what Enchantedsong knew, Moonshard. "Moonshard!" She was overjoyed to see another medicine cat, before the gathering and the journey to the moonstone.

"Prey's fine. How's prey in your side?" She noticed how her friend seemed to be listening, but not listening at the same time, if that was possible. She saw the yellow orbs search, but for what was unknowned to Enchantedsong. "Are you looking for something?"

"Prey's run quite well in ShadowClan." Moonshard replied, flicking away the other question with her tail. She began to take delicate strides towards the ThunderClan warrior, cautious of an appraoching patrol as the two Clans were rarely on good terms. Her ears pricked for a moment, hearing the cry of wind that let loose another warning of battle as she had so seen before. It was not against the Clan where Enchantedsong resided.

Relief washed over her slightly, but there would always be someone to suffer. Hopefully, it would not be the cats of dark hearts fated into the swamps. Moonshard gave her own silver fur a quick lick before asking, "What have StarClan revealed this past moon?" It would not matter, reguardless, for another half-moon would arrive shortly.

The white she cat nodded her head, glad to hear that Shadowclan was well. She was aware of how other cats would feel about her wishes, but they had different paths. They would never understand the ways of a medicine cat until they experienced it themselves. But on the other hand, it was the same way with the warriors, and leaders.

The silver she cat stepped closer to the border, causing Enchantedsong's ears to prick. She was aware how Shadowclan was Thunderclan's main enemy, and she would not like to see Moonshard get hurt from some overly protected Thunderclan warriors. That would not be good, and Shadowclan and Thunderclan would be thrown into a ferious battle of tooth and claw. No they surely didn't want that to happen.

Moonshard's next question took her by surprise. She raised her head to the sky, and ran her dreams back through her mind. The ones she could remember anyway. No she could not think of any. She looked back at the she cat. As her head shook, she spoke the words, "No they have not." She didn't understand. Did they reveal something to Moonshard?

The Medicine Cat nodded and heaved a gentle sigh before turning. "See you soon," she meowed before her paws led her away. Each step dragged on towards the edge of ShadowCan territory, and soon she would be out of the neutral ground. It hurt.

Soon the prophecy would have been revealed, but it felt like her heart was being torn to the sky; she had forgotten something. Her yellow eyes, ghostly, glanced back to see if Enchantedsong was still there. The she-cat had not left yet but that wasn't it.

Enchantedsong was surprised. Moonshard had come so quickly, and now she was leaving. Well you had to guess it was true what they say, easy come, easy go. She sat down to watch the other medicine cat leave.

"Farewell" She called back to the other medicine cat. "May Starclan guide your paws." She was surprised when the other she cat turned around and looked at her. She stepped closer, but did not cross the boundary. "Are you all right?"
